1) If critics would have given an attempt in understanding the Ending;Kabir Singh/ Arjun Reddy said that with so many Negative Traits he doesn't deserve to be a Doctor.No 2nd Chance PERIOD ..He knows he has already let this Coveted Profession Down by many levels.
2) With the Influence of his Family and his impeccable academic records /contribution to the Hospital he could have easily gone away with the Heinous Crime he did of performing a Surgery being Drunk but he chose not to do so.

That's the Vision of Director Sandeep Vanga Reddy which some critics really failed to comprehend-He Chose to write a Script highlighting the actual problems in the Grassroots Levels underlying in Real India and not Ideal Bharat.

3) Coming to the point of Overglorifying this Negative character-No one is telling that is how an Ideal man/lover/Boyfriend should be... That's why Dean of the College said with with this level of Anger Management how Arjun Reddy is going to be a 0 in life which is shown at length in this movie ,(resulted in showing 120 mins of suffering)
4) Yes ,I certainly agree that certain dialogues are objectionable and highly Sexist in nature -Well, Onus lies on Censor Board of Film Certification Of India and they have released it with the required cuts for the Indian Audience
5) Few things are depicted which are considerably prevalent in Southern part of India.....The movie tells us the contemporary issue that even after being a Coveted Doctor; a lady can't marry outside of her Caste......
I personally,know a friend who has done her Masters from USA and was forced to sit at home.She had to reject a job offer from an IT major, USA because her father thinks she needs to get married first ...Sadly,they didn't let her marry that doctor whom she loved in USA because he is a Christian..

7 )Coming back to the actual objection of Critics/Feminist-Things weren't glorified as it was shown that the person lost everything , his years of hard work , his beloved Grandmother , his Health everything bcoz Kabir Singh deserved it...
And maybe Sandeep Reddy Vanga gave it a Happy Ending to inspire girls ( Especially South Indian girls that even they can dream to live with their choice just like the heroine did )
